Morgan L. Simpson


Morgan’s practice focuses on construction defect litigation, business and commercial transactions, and employment litigation.  Before joining private practice, Morgan clerked for the honorable Patrick D. McAnany at the Kansas Court of Appeals. Morgan is licensed to practice in Kansas and Missouri, and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas.

Morgan attended Law School at Washburn University School of Law where he graduated cum laude.  While attending law school, Morgan wrote for the Washburn Law Journal and participated in several student organizations, such as the Oil and Gas Society and the Intellectual Property Society.  Prior to law school, Morgan received his undergraduate degree in biochemistry from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
